The following terms and conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Goods are the items offered for sale through the Service.
Orders are your request to purchase goods.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can notify us of your decision as follows:

We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order. There will be no fees for this refund.
Return conditions
To return the goods, please ensure the following:
• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• The goods are in their original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or that have been clearly personalized.
• The delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
• The supply of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by law.
Return
You bear the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please send the goods to the following address:

We assume no liability for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the returned goods.
Gifts
If the items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a gift card.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the amount.
